Semi-Annual Pat On The Back

Another term has come and gone, and the results are in.

I dropped my History of Rock & Roll class on account of the professor being a complete fucking idiot. Hey, it happens.

I didn't find Science Fiction & Fantasy Literature quite as stimulating as I'd hoped, but I still had fun and was introduced to some great SF. Would I recommend it? Sure, as long as the instructor cracks open some Heinlein or Bradbury before he attempts it again.

Introduction to Forensic Investigation was fun, but also not quite as stimulating as I'd hoped. I was amazed by how much the crime dramas on TV got right, which is roughly 50%. Was it worth it? Eh, maybe. I know I definitely would never pursue a career in the field, but I was able to glean enough from it to make the crime scene/investigation portions of my books more accurate and detailed.

So the results?

Science Fiction & Fantasy Literature - 96.88% "A"
Introduction to Forensic Investigation - 96.75% "A"

Next up, I'll be taking summer classes. Over the course of the summer I'll be taking Introduction to the Bible and I'll also be trying Elementary Algebra again. It'll be interesting to see if I can juggle two classes along with the work I'm doing on the Weller novel and my four-day trip to CONvergence in July. If past performances are any indicator, I think I'll do just fine.
